I live in Bellville in the Fair Cape. Seven years ago I started making my own hand-made paper and also began painting on silk.

The subjects of my silk paintings include guinea fowl, farm animals, seaside cottages from the West Coast, and of course images of our colourful indigenous African culture. My silk paintings are combined with hand-made paper to give them a true natural appearance.

I also make decoupage items like key-holders, coasters and blackboards that match into the designs of my paintings.
